PAYMENT POLICY

Unfortunately after five years of a perfect record with PayPal, I have found them to be unreputable so I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL ANY PAYMENTS MADE TO PAYPAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR MY SALES. (SEE PAYPALSUCKS.COM) I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, money orders and personal checks. Personal check and money order must be received within 7 days of sale. If paid by personal check, I will ship after the check has cleared. All payment must be made in US dollars.


SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped within 7 business days of receipt of payment. Please contact me upon purchase if you require express shipping and extra charges will apply. I also offer combined shipping so visit my store goantiques.com/members/lisalepaige

All item are shipped requiring signature. If you sign for reciept of a ripped or crushed package you are taking full responsibility for that item. Do not sign for a package that is damage, it will be returned to my company. I offer International shipping but cannot guarantee that the item will be insured. There are strict restrictions on jewelry for many countries.


RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. Final Sale amount will be refunded. Go Antiques fees are not refundable. Documentation from a certified gemologist must accompany gemstone returns. Diamonds without EGL or GIA certification are subject to seller appraisal discretion within two color and clarity ranges up or down. Diamond weight for estate and antique jewelry is an estimation. Any sizing performed by seller will not be reimbursed if returned.

All items are shipped insured so if the item is damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
