PAYMENT

Keeping your financial details secure is of the utmost concern to us, so we accept online payments only via PayPal, where the level of security is unequalled and where purchases can be made either by major credit card or e-check.
Paper checks and MOs are fine, too. In either case, you probably won't need to add anything for delivery. Except in the case of very heavy items, we provide free insured first class USPS shipping within the US (and automatically upgrade to Priority for mailings worth more than $100, to minimize the risks of extended transit time).
A shipping discount equal to the service we would provide normally within the U.S. applies when you need rush or international service.
It's also our pleasure to provide free gift-wrapping on request (except for very large or oddly shaped items).

Postal hours permitting, we normally ship within a day or two after purchase - certainly no later than three business days. Same-day shipping can often be arranged.

RETURNS

OUR GUARANTEE: We want all our customers happy, so returns are cheerfully accepted for any reason whatever. Simply advise us by e-mail within three days after delivery and return the merchandise by insured mail and in unaltered condition within a week.
We don't believe in restocking fees, so our only deductions from refunds on returns are for direct out-of-pocket costs associated with the sale (actual mailing expense and, if any, PayPal commissions). No deductions at all apply, if the item was misrepresented. It's our pleasure to stand behind everything we sell and we would never knowingly misstate any facts.
Should an item be damaged or lost in transit to you, we'll supply all paperwork necessary for you to resolve the matter with the postal service or other shipper. You'll need to save the packaging to demonstrate mishandling, if that occurred.
