PAYMENT POLICY

Prepayment required on all items before shipment. Payments by check must wait 10 business days from receipt of the check before merchandise is released for shipment. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Thank you.

SHIPPING POLICY

My shipping days are on Mondays only. Buyer pays for shipping, handling and insurance. Quoted as needed. If shipping is included in the asking price of an item, it will be stated in the description text block for each individual item. Any item with shipping included in the price, is intended for delivery in the U.S. only.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the property to the seller via same transportation methods, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. To return an item purchased, contact us for an authorization number within three days of receipt. A restocking charge may apply. Happy Shopping!
