PAYMENT POLICY

Payment due within 24hrs if paying with a credit card via paypal. Checks and money orders are due within 7 days of order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped WITH tracking, within 3 days of funds clearing our account(s).

RETURNS POLICY

No returns, unless an item is not as described, or if prior arrangements are made with Elegant Era's for a return for in-store CREDIT.
