PAYMENT POLICY

Payment must be received first and then I will ship your item. If paying by personal check, we will ship 7 days after the check has cleared. All payment must be made in US dollars. Thank you for your purchase!

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & handling is paid by the Buyer. I usually ship - Priority Mail with the Post Office. Your item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Any Taxes or customs is the Buyer's responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, within a total of 7 days, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyers's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter, Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim
