PAYMENT POLICY

All Payments must be in US Dollars within 7 days of purchase or the transaction will be deemed null and void, a non payer entry filed and the item returned to inventory. Checks will be cleared before items are sent.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped after payment is cleared. Insurance at buyers request.PLEASE NOTE that sales outside the U.S. will ONLY be shipped by a method where a return signed tracking receipt is used.This will incur higher shipping charges.

RETURNS POLICY

Items may be returned and credit will be given if in exactly the same condition, as per our detailed photographs, as when purchased. This does not apply to Dinnerware, Crystal or Porcelains.
