Personal Check- Checks must be(ne pre-printed check in the name and address of the buyer. Address should match shipping address. Please allow 10 to 15 days for check to clear with bank. Merchandise shipping date will be determined by clearing date. Shipping should take place 3 to 5 days after clearing bank.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express- Credit cards must be in the name of the buyer and match the shipping address. Verification code from the credit card is required as well.
Money Orders or Cashiers checks issued directly from a banking facility. Please allow 10 to 15 days for check to clear with bank. Merchandise shipping date will be determined by clearing date. Shipping should take place 3 to 5 days after clearing bank.
All payment must be made in US dollars.

SHIPPING

Prices posted do not include shipping unless otherwise noted. Buyer pays all shipping, handling and insurance fees. Insurance is required on all shipped merchandise. We will be happy to assist you in arranging shipping of your merchandise. Please include your complete shipping address for estimates. The shipping requirements for items vary. We do not pre-crate or pre-box items that require freight shipping. Most lighting requires crating. Items will be shipped insured once payment has been received(3 business days). Small items can be shipped USPS insured.
Purchased merchandise that are not pickup by carrier with in two weeks of purchase date are subject to a daily storage fee based on the size($5.00 per square footage per day) of the item.
All items leaving the US will have the proper documentation declaring the purchase price of the item.

RETURNS
POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer must notify the seller within two (2) business days of receiving the Property. The buyer must return the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer’s risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipping company to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
