Items shall ship within 5 days of payment; Holidays & Weekends are excluded. Shipping insurance is required for all purchases. Seller is not responsible for damaged or lost items. Item(s) will be properly packaged to prevent damage that may occur during the shipping process. There is a $2.00 per package shipping and handling fee. Items ship for actual cost of item, mailing and insurance, and the $2.00 S&H fee; if the item is classified as furniture or is a heavier item, there may be an additional cost for the shipping box, as such items require a sturdy and secure box for travel. I ship once a week from January 1 thru October 31; during the Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday season from November 1 thru December 31, I ship a minimum of twice a week. Should you have a special shipping requirement, it will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed unless prior approval has been granted.

Returns may be granted if item is grossly misrepresented as described. At the expense of the Buyer, items must be returned within 3 days to Seller in the same manner it was packaged and received; insurance will be required for all Returns. If item is in the same condition as when it was sent to Buyer, a refund will be granted. A restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted against Buyer's refunded balance; refunds include cost of item paid by Buyer less the Restocking Fee; Shipping, Handling, & Insurance Fees will not be refunded to Buyer.
