SHIPPING POLICY

Items that can be shipped by mail, will be carefully packed and shipped in one to three business days after payment has been cleared. Large items will depend on your choice of shipping. Buyer pays all insurnce & shipping expenses.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter.
