J&J Consultants has been in the vintage furniture, accessories, and home decor business for over ten years in Texas. We are represented in several antique malls in the DFW area as Nettyjets specializing in vintage furniture, accessories, and home decor. We find our selections at estate sales, auctions and individuals. We love the buying, but need to sell the selections in order to continue, so we keep our prices reasonable. We are now branching out to the Internet to share our selections with you. Being a romantic we feel that part of the charm of buying an older piece of furniture or accessory is wondering about it's past. What is the story behind the piece? Did it come from someone locally or travel half way around the world to reach you? If it could talk, what could it tell us about its history? True the piece is not "alive", but just think about what stories it could tell about what it has "seen" if it was. Add your history to one of our selections today.

PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

All payments in US Dollars. We accept PayPal which allows payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and bank cards. We also accept money orders, and checks. Please note all checks/money orders are held for 14 business days. Items shipped to a Texas state address pay sales tax.


SHIPPING POLICY

Cost of shipping depends on where you live. We will provide you a shipping cost when you purchase. We will ship using the shipping company of our choice within 3 business days of clearance of payment. Every effort will be made to ship with the cheapest and safest shipper. You can also arrange shipping yourself or pickup the items at the mall location. Insurance for shipping is automatically added on all items at the buyers expense. We do NOT refund shipping fees. Items shipped to a Texas state address pay sales tax. All return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. We will assist with any paperwork needed for claims of damage during shipping.


RETURNS POLICY

If the item is not as we materially described it, we will refund your purchase price. We must hear from you within 3 days and the item must be received in 7 days. Items damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company. We will help you make your claim. The purchaser pays for all return shipping and insurance fees. If you pickup the item at the mall or arrange for the shipping yourself, it is the responsibility of the buyer or shipper to inspect the merchandise at that time and there is no returns.
