Since 1971 Antique Haven has offered Fine Country Antiques and Smalls. Originally located in Florida, then Georgia and now Cassopolis, Michigan for 12 years. In 1998 we decided to explore the internet sales route on several Antique Sites and are now Exclusively . Our inventory has evolved from fine country and smalls (as they are so hard to find now) to a general line of antiques and collectibles. We have done quality shows from California to New York over the years and had a bricks and mortar shop for29 years. In the year 2000 due to health reasons we decided to close the shop and move everything to our home and concentrate on internet sales only. This allows Jayme-Ayne to work if she feels well enough which is often now and concentrate on our other business which is antiques & auto appraisal, and to also promote our Estate Liquidations for private partys. We assure you that we consider this business ( the internet) as our #1 priority. This is not a part time enterprise with us. As an appraiser Jayme does not and will not ever buy anything that she Appraises or nor do we buy anything from our Estate Sales. We have worked far to hard to build up a good honest reputation.
We love return customers and encourage them if they are looking for something to ask as it might be in our warehouse. ADDITIONALLY WE WANT OUR CUSTOMERS TO RETURN AND FEEL FREE TO TRADE UP AS THEIR COLLECTING TASTE AND POCKETBOOK EVOLVES. WE WILL ACCEPT BACK AND CREDIT A PART OF ALL OF OUR PAST SALES ON A TRADE IN. As you will see we now offer a wide variety of glass, textiles, country & primitives (not the kind that should be left in a barn), pottery, jewelery, small furniture that can easily and cost efficiently shipped, vintage clothing and many other items too numerous to list here. All payments must be made in US dollars. Buyer pays shipping and optional insurance. United States Postal Money Order ONLY or Cashiers Check will ship on receipt, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express via PAYPAL if verified account. Personal check from USA only accepted. Personal checks will need ten days to clear. Michigan residents subject to Sales Tax. All payments to be completed within seven days of commitment to purchase. USPS to lower 48 states. Some items are mailed Parcel Post to save you money. Generally your item will arrive in 2-3 days on Priority or 5-6 Parcel. Your item will be shipped the following business day after receipt of payment if you are a verified Paypal user or United States Postal Money Order is sent, except weekends where it will be the following Monday. In the case of personal checks your item will be mailed after the check has cleared our bank, usually 14 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS! We guarantee that all items are handled with love and care and packed to reach you in the same condition that it left us. SHIPPING PRICE ADDED TO DESCRIPTIONS QUOTED ARE FOR THE LOWER 48 STATES ONLY. POLICY
We guarantee all items to be as described. If your are unsatisfied for any reason we guarantee a full purchase price refund as long as the item(s)are returned to us in the same condition in which you received it. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all return shipping costs. We perfer that you insure your item(s). This protects you from theft, loss, or damage. All items that are fully insured if anything is damaged during shipping we will provide all paperwork and any assistance that we can to help the buyer with his/her claim.
