For orders been shipped to another country than the buyer´s residence , wire transfer might be requested, or a letter to the Card processor explaining the situation. The plan requires that the item(s) purchased be paid in full within 5 months of your initial purchase date and a 45% down payment is accepted ,for this lay-a-way plan , Once the full payment has been received , your item is shipped off! SHIPPING POLICY

Most pieces are imported from Europe and South- America, Item will be shipped insured within 8 business days after receipt of payment, and received within 3 weeks, unless special packing is required. Big items ,large paintings ,marble sculptures, furniture and Chandeliers may require special shipping conditions, as well as truck transportation and lift, please notice big items may take 8 weeks to deliver.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. Please notice insurance will not cover damage produced during unpacking work. If the item was damaged or lost during shipping, we will claim to the insurance ,Buyer will provide any necessary paperwork to help seller with his claim. Insurance included up to $1000, total insurance available under request at 1,5% of amount insured.
