DEBIT/CREDIT CARD OPTION: Use Western Union Auction Payments to send money orders with your DEBIT/CC. At www. auctionpayments. com, click the PAY tab & follow online instructions. Items shipped out the next business day for APPROVED payments made thru Western Union's Auction Payments. (1) Items shipped within Texas charged 8.25% sales tax, unless valid resale permit present & resale registration form submitted with your payment. Resale registration form e-mailed to you upon request. (2) MONEY ORDERS & CASHIER'S CHECK: Incur 5 business day waiting period to ship once payment received, verified & cleared. COMPANY & PERSONAL CHECK: Incur 10 business day waiting period to ship once payment received, verified & cleared. (3) $30 fee assessed for bounced money orders/ checks. (4) Payments must be received within 5 days of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

(1) We ONLY ship to a physical address within the 50 U.S. States. No International, Canadian, Puerto Rico, PO BOX or APO/FPO shipments. (2) The S/H charge is set and is available for the buyer to view and agree upon prior to purchase. We advise you to be aware of all charges you are expected to pay in addition to the sale price prior to purchasing. (3) We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided for each item, however we cannot be responsible for typographical or other errors and reserve the right to cancel any purchase resulting from such errors.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within 3 business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. Seller will be refunded for the cost of items excluding shipping charges. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
