PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

I WELCOME ANY LEGITIMATE OFFER. Payment on any order should be received within 5 days of purchase, regardless of the date assigned by this site. If payment is made by personal check, the order will be shipped when payment has cleared, usually 5 days. If you are paying by PayPal, your shipping address must be verified and your name included. I will combine shipping if you buy more than one thing from me. NOTE: if you purchase from me in a live auction, there will be a BUYER'S PREMIUM. This is a standard policy with all live auctions. That will be added on in addition to shipping. WHEN YOU PURCHASE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO PAY. PLEASE FOLLOW THROUGH WITH YOUR OBLIGATION.

SHIPPING POLICY

Anything that is not furniture or not an unusual size or shape, will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is received. If it's a weekend and a Monday holiday follows that will make shipment a day later. I can give suggestions for antique shippers I know of for furniture items. You should make arrangements and pay the company directly. I can provide contact information. I highly recommend CRATERS AND FREIGHTERS. . Ask for Jason Baudier. He will give you an estimate of shipping costs. Whichever shipper you choose can pick up the piece directly from me at my store or storage facility. If it is an unusual size item other than furniture, I will have to take it to PakMail and that charge will be passed to the buyer. All items over $50 must be insured as well as any item that is breakable. NOTE: AS OF MAY 14TH, 2007, THE USPS RATES HAVE INCREASED. RETURNS POLICY

GoAntiques.com represents a number of dealers. If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within 48 hours of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the GoAntiques' seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense within three business days. Buyer may be required to show proof of misrepresentation if the seller disputes the claim.

If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
