PAYMENT
POLICY
This
dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment:
Personal Checks, Wire Transfer, Money Order, PayPal
We accept and prefer PayPal. We also accept major credit cards via PayPal, personal checks, money orders, bank cashier's checks, wire transfer and Western Union BidPay. If you send a personal check we will hold your purchase until the check clears. Payments made by wire transfer must cover the $10.00 fee charged by my bank as well as any fee your bank may deduct from the transfer.
Payment must be made within seven days of purchase/auction close.
7% sales tax for PA buyers.

SHIPPING
POLICY
We ship the same business day your payment arrives. Daily cut-off time for shipments is 5 PM EST. Domestic shipping is via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation & insurance. Books are sent via USPS Media Mail. Items that exceed USPS shipping specifications or require special handling will be handled via UPS or a local specialized shipping company to be agreed upon between seller and buyer. We charge a per item handling fee that is generally $1.00. Larger items that consume more packaging materials may incur a greater fee. Buyers are notified of these fees at checkout. We are also glad to combine shipping on items and will discount handling fees in this case.

RETURNS
POLICY
If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.
If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
