SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped insured within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. If paying by personal check, we will ship your item after the check has cleared our bank which is usually 7-10 business days.


RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
