All items are guarranteed to be as described and in condition described. We shipped after payment received and checks cleared, credit card payments are shipped within 48 hours. Book orders are usually shipped same day. For international orders wire transfers or are preferred.

SHIPPING POLICY

Buyer will pay actual shipping charges. All Items are shipped insured UPS or registered Mail. express shipping is optional and there is an extra charge.

RETURNS POLICY

All items are guaranteed to be as described and in condition described. If anything you purchase is different from description, or does not meet your satisfaction, it can be returned. Notify us within 5 days from receipt of item. Before returning item, please call to let us know it's coming back. Returns should be carefully packaged and insured for full value. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on books. If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within five business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
