Welcome to Alida Lois you will find we have a wide collection of antiques, collectibles and home décor. As an interior designer in the metropolitan area of Atlanta, GA we are always shopping; having a wide source in our area of estate sales, auctions and antique shows; adding new and exciting items to our store every other day and changing out our sale items daily.

As an interior designer I offer design tips for each item listed, giving a detailed description, pictures and history when available.

Purchase with confidence as we have an excellent return policy, layaway program, accept a wide method of payments and ship within 48 hours; our customer satisfaction is important. PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

We accept payment via PayPal (PayPal transfers, PayPal e-checks, credit cards through paypal only-Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. USPS Money Orders and Western Union Online payments. Payment in US funds only. Personal Checks must clear the bank prior to shipment. *Payment must be received within 7 business days of initializing purchase or item is re-listed. If the payment arrives after 7 business days and the item is still available the order will be filled. If the item is no longer available the payment will be returned to sender.


SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping: Merchandise ships within 72 hours of final payment being received in full. Customers are responsible for shipping, handling and insurance charges. We ship United States Postal Service or FED-EX. All items are carefully packed and we normally ship USPS and ship Priority Mail using USPS shipping boxes. If you request a tracking number for your purchase you will need to ship FED-EX. FED-EX shipping charges are not reflected on the description of merchandise.


RETURNS POLICY

If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
