Collector Bookstore Collector Bookstore is the top source in reference books collectors and dealers of antiques, collectables, glassware and the like, including both ID and Price Guides. Over 10,000 books available with more added every day! We carry titles from every major reference book publisher, as well as author published books and books from specialty publishing houses. Our Business Philosophy: We believe the Golden Rule is the best rule for business. Consequently, this is the guiding principal for what we sell and the manner in which we treat our customers, employees and vendors. Our Background: We are a family owned and operated business, with the participation of 2 generations. (We’re still raising the 3rd generation.) Our store is located in Leavenworth, KS. We’ve been in business since 1997. We have a staff of 8 people, four of which are family members. Three family members are dedicated Antiquers and Vintage Glass & Pottery Chasers. We also handle all the Internet work for the Kansas Auctioneers Association. We love spending our weekends at local estate and farm auctions, so you might say we LIVE this business rather than simply own it!

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping cost is based upon the customer's zip code; your shipping cost will be changed & updated based on your location. We ship via the US Postal Service and Fed-Ex. We have shipped over 100,000 transactions to nearly every county in the world. International customers generally pay no customs or duties, as books are normally exempt from import fees.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of our ship date to you. Refunds are given as store credit ONLY - we do not give PayPal or credit card refunds. Returns must be authorized in advance via email; unauthorized returns will be refused. All shipping is non-refundable. Returns must arrive in the same undamaged new condition as shipped originally – we cannot refund or exchange used or damaged books. Thanks for your business!
