If paid by personal check, we will ship 7 days after the check has cleared. All payment must be made in US dollars.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is FREE to the Continental USA. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and all other international buyers will receive a discount equal to the average cost of shipping in the continental USA, to be applied to their final shipping cost. Most of our items are delivered WITHIN 2 to 3 WEEKS after receipt of payment. OUR FREE SHIPPING APPLIES TO "CURB SIDE" DELIVERY ONLY. If you prefer Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery or any other special requests, please contact us prior to purchasing. We use a professional shipping company to handle all the packing, shipping, insurance, and tracking. After your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment online. For freight shipments, the trucking company requires a phone number to contact you 2 days before the delivery to schedule an appointment.

RETURNS POLICY

If you feel the need to return an item, we apologize, however, due to the high cost of shipping that we incur to provide free shipping and handling, you will be charged a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back.
