SHIPPING POLICY

Buyer is responsible for all shippping charges, insurance and packaging fees to any purchase. Insurance is required on all purchases. Smaller items will be shipped using either USPS, UPS, or Airborne Express. A $3.00 handling fee will be applied to all items shipped using the above mentioned companies. Larger block items, I.E. ~ Furniture and items too large or fragile for the above companies will be shipped ground frieght using either Arrow Express, A&S Transport or Plycon Transportation. Insurance is included in the price on all larger items shipped.


RETURNS POLICY

GoAntiques.com represents a number of dealers. If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within 48 hours of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the GoAntiques' seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense within three business days. Buyer may be required to show proof of misrepresentation if the seller disputes the claim.

If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
