PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Wire Transfer, Money Order, PayPal

If item is paid for by persobnal cheque, item will be shipped 7 days after confirmation that cheque has cleared.Please note that my bank has indicated that personal cheques from the US take 30 banking days to clear. Personal cheques from other countries will take a longer period. Payment must be made in US dollars. Canadian purchasers must pay the GST. Those living in Ontario must also pay the PST, unless exempted and must provide a valid tax exempt number and certificate.


SHIPPING POLICY

Items will be shipped by expedited mail, with a tracking number, and insurance within 3 business days of receipt of payment.


RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. Given the fact that GO Antiques receives a Commission even if a transaction is cancelled, the purchaser who returns an item will receive a refund of the hammer price of the item and not the Commission which is due to Go Antiques. The return shipping of the item is the responsibilty of the buyer and will not be refunded.
