RoseMary's Antique Shop has been active online for more than 6 years. We specialize in good quality antiques and collectibles, particularly fine porcelain, glass and silver. We sell complete and partial dinnerware sets, complete silver flatware sets and crystal stemware sets. There are also many rare and unusual items of collectible and antique interest in our inventory. All of our items are priced fairly. We do not do auctions. We are a fixed price shop and operate as your hometown antique shop. We believe that many customers do not want the problems associated with the uncertainty of an auction. Some prices may be negotiable. Shipping is within 1 business day of confirmation of payment. We deal openly and fairly with all.

PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Mastercard, Visa, PayPal

Only Credit card and Paypal payments are accepted unless by special arrangement. Payment by PayPal must be made within 3 business days of order placed, shipment will follow within 1 business day of receipt of payment. All payment must be in US dollars.


SHIPPING POLICY

All items are packed using new materials. Care is taken to protect all fragile items. Most items are shipped US Priority Mail insured. Exceptions will be made upon request. Foreign shipments will be made by US Postal Service with Buyer determining the type of service and insurance requirements.


RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
