PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

Please make all funds in US Dollars.ALL the jewelry is vintage or antique and has been previously worn. Items will show wear commensurate with their age and any major flaws will be noted. Many enlarged close, detailed photos are taken for you to view. All items are described to the best of my knowledge. You, the buyer, are the final judge after viewing the photos and prior to bidding and auction close. Please ask any questions you have before you bid as all items are sold in AS IS condition and all sales are final. I do not take returns.Some items are one of a kind -- artist made, some are designer, a few are new but most are vintage or unusual.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items will be shipped within three days of payment unless it is a check which will take a week to clear.

RETURNS POLICY

GoAntiques.com represents a number of dealers. If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within 48 hours of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the GoAntiques' seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense within three business days. Buyer may be required to show proof of misrepresentation if the seller disputes the claim.

If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
