Fine French Antiques. Custom Lamps from Antique European and US Architectural fragments. We hand select each fragment or furniture for its unique richness and character. We have a strong knowledge of our pieces and our priority is to offer the finest quality to our clients with care and integrity.
We try to present our French antiques in original condition, authentic to their period. We are confident of the quality that we offer. We visit France several times a year and hand select the finest and most unique pieces.
Our lamps are designed with a European flair. Most have three way switching, custom french rolled shades, and custom steel bases. Each lamp is designed with scale and style in mind. Each piece a unique work of art, that adds dramatic lighting to a space. |

PAYMENT
POLICY
This
dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment:
Money Order, PayPal
All Payments must be in US Dollars within 7 days of purchase or the transaction will be deemed null and void, a non payer entry filed and the item returned to inventory. Checks must clear seller's finanacial institution before item(s) are shipped. Cashiers Checks are preferred over Money Orders.
We do not offer layaway. Dealers, Architects and Designers feel free to contact us with your resale number and we will be glad to provide you your prices. SALES TAX: Georgia residents must add 8% sales tax or supply their resale number.

SHIPPING
POLICY
FURNITURE: Un air de Provence Inc. does not ship furniture items, but we will assist a customer with locating and/or providing a list of shipping companies. We do not receive any sort of commission from shippers, nor do we receive any special treatment. Buyers will need to work directly with shipping company to secure their services. Un air de Provence Inc. will not be responsible for any damage caused by the shipper.
LAMPS: Un air de Provence Inc. ships via a preferred carrier for lamps, and will quote shipping cost at time of purchase and buyer's desired arrival time.
All items will be shipped within three days of payment.

RETURNS
POLICY
If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item is accepted for return, the customer will receive a full refund or a store credit. Items to be returned must be received by seller within 14 days of rescind notification for full refund consideration. Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
OUR DAMAGE POLICY: If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Your Carrier is responsible for shipping damages, and any issues with them must be dealt with between them and buyer directly. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
