*SPECIAL* Save $5 shipping on all orders over $50.00. Please carefully inspect pictures and item details BEFORE bidding and contact me about any questions. Please contact me within 3 days of purchase and pay within 7 days of purchase. If paying with paypal item will be shipped within 24 hours,by personal check item(s) will be shipped only after the check has cleared. 8.25% sales tax is charge in New York State only.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Buyer pays all S&H costs. I only charge actually shipping fees through USPS. Buyer can request priority or parcel post.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially DIFFERENT than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim
