If paying be personal check we will hold the item for 7 business days, time for check to clear the bank.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. We only mail Priority mail fully insured unless otherwise noted. Our choice.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.
