PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: American Express, Mastercard, Visa

All payments are to be made in US funds. Please arrange to make payment within 5 business days of purchase. Payment made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express may be done at Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm Eastern.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped promptly with insurance after payment has cleared. Items are normally shipped by a variety of means including the United States Postal Service, UPS and DHL. Please provide a physical address for shipping - we can ship to a Post Office Box for an additional fee.

RETURNS POLICY

If you decide you don't like the item(s) ordered from Go Antiques, simply request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and cover the cost of return shipping. Providing the returned merchandise has not been installed or damaged, and it is returned complete we will process a credit for the returned item(s) minus Shipping and Handling (if any were charged) and a twenty percent restocking fee. If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
