PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

WE DO ACCEPT PAYMENT WITH VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS via Paypal, or payment can be made by money order/cashiers check or personal check. Payment is expected within 7 business days of order placement. Checks returned to us NSF will be charged an additional $35.00 fee.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped insured (foreign shipments subject to available coverage only) within 3 business days of receipt of PayPal or Money Order. If payment is made with a personal or business check, shipping will be delayed 15 business days to allow time for the check to clear the banking process. If the item was damaged during shipping, seller shall refund to the Buyer a full refund in the amount of the insured price of the item, together with taxes and duties and excluding all other amounts paid to the Seller for packing and shipping, transportation, insurance, restocking and other charges. Buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. If the buyer refuses to pay fees for insurance coverage via the carrier, at the time of purchase, buyer assumes all risk and seller offers no refund.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping: see shipping policy. We shall have no responsibility or liability with respect to inaccurate or incomplete information or otherwise with respect to the acts or omissions of the description, and as between the Buyer and us, the Buyer agrees to assume such risks. Except as otherwise specifically stated below or required by applicable law, all Property is sold AS-IS. ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED BY THE SELLER
