For a smooth procedure, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or bank transfer as method of payments.
It is important that you notify your credit card company that you do a purchase with us. Usually, as fraud prevention, the credit card companies do not authorize transactions when it seems to be an unusual purchase for the card holder. Therefore it might be wise to contact them before you go through the whole purchasing process and tell them about the purchase you are planning to do. That way you are assured of a smooth procedure.
Let us know if we can work out layaway agreements or down-payments for you. Keep in mind that the Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases.

SHIPPING
POLICY
All our jewelry are insured and will be shipped worldwide by express with FEDEX. We usually ship within one to two business days, sometimes even the same day. As soon as your parcel has been picked up we will send you a mail containing the tracking number of your parcel.
All the goods we sell are accompanied by the Adin authenticity certificate. These bear the signature of Elkan Wijnberg, who in addition to being CEO of Adin, personally is a member of "the Belgian Chamber of Experts to the Courts of Justice" and to "The American Society of Jewelry Historians".

RETURNS
POLICY
We give people 14 calendar days 'no questions asked' send-back possibility. In this case, we will deduct 40$ for the shipment and insurance costs we have had.
in order to receive the refund, the buyer must return the item to us in the same manner it was received (packaged in Adin package, insured at the buyer's charge and sent by the same transporter express at the buyer's charge using the same export harmonized code as was used by Adin).
