PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: PayPal

We accept for payment Paypal. For international orders, we recommend Paypal only. In case of return/exchange Paypal refunds are valid for 60 days only. For higher priced items, we accept escrow with the escrow fees paid by buyer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item(s) will be shipped insured within 3 business days of payment receipt by USPS priority mail insured. Fedex, DHL, UPS could be used for shipping on request only. All our items are expertly packed. In the rare event of damaged article in transit, the shipper has to be contacted by the buyer and a claim filed. As all our items are insured, we have no responsibility of the transportation but we will assist with the claim. For returned or exchanged articles, the shipping is to be paid by the buyer. Quoted shipping price includes the insurance.

RETURNS POLICY

All our antiques are guaranteed for life to be as represented. If not pleased for any reason, any item bought from our store could be exchanged with an identical or higher priced article from our inventory. Auction items could be also exchanged if not 100% pleased. As we are not responsible for the Go Antiques fees, the original auction or for items purchased from the store, 10% seller fees are applied to the exchanged item. If item auctioned is found different than as represented, the request for return and refund is to be done within 7 days from the receipt. Thereafter, exchanges are allowed with the auction fees of the original item, applied to the exchanged item. The items purchased from our store are eligible for refund within 7 days from receipt if found to be not as described. Shipping fees are not refundable. Payment through Paypal are subject to 3% charge after 60 days as Paypal does not refund the fees after 60 days.
