PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

We accept for payment checks, money orders, Paypal and wire transfers. For international orders, we recommend Paypal. All our wire transfer bank fees are to be paid by the buyer. In case of return/exchange Paypal refunds are valid for 60 days only. For higher priced items, we accept escrow with the escrow fees paid by buyer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item(s) will be shipped insured within 3 business days of payment receipt by USPS priority mail insured. Fedex, DHL, UPS could be used for shipping on request only. All our items are expertly packed. In the rare event of damaged article in transit, the shipper has to be contacted by the buyer and a claim filed. As all our items are insured, we have no responsibility of the transportation but we will assist with the claim. For returned or exchanged articles, the shipping is to be paid by the buyer. Quoted shipping price includes the insurance.

RETURNS POLICY

We innovated a revolutionary system of Internet sales meant to please any discerned buyer. All our antiques are guaranteed for life to be as represented. If not pleased for any reason, any item bought from our store could be exchanged with an identical or higher priced article from our 1000 plus items inventory (the difference in price to be remitted prior exchange). Auction items could be similarly exchanged if not 100% pleased. As we are not responsible for the auction fees, the original buyer fee is applied to the exchanged item. If item auctioned is found as misrepresented, the request for return and refund is to be done within 3 days from the receipt. An expert testimony as a museum curator is needed for a refund. Thereafter, exchanges are allowed with the buyer fees of the original item, applied. As antique objects are fragile, after 2 exchanges, a fee of 10% inventory replacement will apply. Shipping fees are not refundable.
