PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

If paid by check or money order, we will ship after the payment has cleared.

Please contact us to pay by wire transfer.

For orders shipped outside the USA, we prefer payment by PayPal or wire transfer. Please contact us if you have any questions.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our entire inventory is available for immediate shipment from our store. Most items are ground shipped in two business days and delivered in ten to fourteen days. Shipping charge includes packing, shipping, and insurance.

Smaller items are sometimes shipped via US Postal Service and may need to be pickup at your local post office. Furniture shipping quote is for delivery to your doorstep -- please inquire if you need "white-glove" inside delivery service. Quoted shipping charges are for delivery within the continental USA. We ship internationally. Please email us with your complete delivery address, including postal code, and we will be happy to provide you a shipping quote.

In-store pick-up is available. Free furniture delivery in metro-New Orleans area.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
