Vineyards Antique Mall is located in the midcities area of the DFW Metroplex and has been in business for over four years. Richard and Carolyn decided to open their Online Sales Mall and let you see the fine array of merchandise offered by the dealers at the mall. You will find a large array of merchandise including antiques, vintage, and new. The slogan for the mall is "Antiques to New It's all about you". Be sure to bookmark our online store for future additions to our Online Mall.

PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks, Money Order

All payments in US Dollars. Please note all checks/money orders are held for 14 business days. Items shipped to a Texas state address pay sales tax.


SHIPPING POLICY

We do not ship overseas or outside the continental United States. All items are shipped after payment has cleared. For items that can be shipped via USPS, we pick-up from the mall and have shipped within 2 business days. Items that require a different shipper due to size would be shipped within 5 business days after clearance of funds. We will make an effort to secure the cheapest and safest shipping available. Cost of shipping depends on where you live. We will provide you a shipping cost when you purchase, or you may pick-up the item at our store. We insure all items prior to shipping at the buyers cost. We do NOT refund shipping fees. Items shipped to a Texas state address pay sales tax. You can handle the shipping yourself, but once the items are handed off to the shipper, we accept no responsibility for those items.


RETURNS POLICY

If the merchandise purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense within 7 business days. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. The purchaser pays for all return shipping and insurance is required. If the buyer selects to pick-up the items at the store, they accept the item as is when they receive it--no returns. If the customer selects their own shipper, we do not have the ability to verify the shipper’s history of damage to items or secure insurance, and it will become no returns. It would be the shipper’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to pickup.
