PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks, Wire Transfer, Money Order, PayPal

All payments must be made in US Dollars. If paying by personal check, we will ship 7 days after the check has cleared our account. If you prefer to pay by credit card without using PayPal, please call us at to process your payment. We can accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover directly over the phone. South Carolina Residents and customers picking up their items at our retail location in Newberry, SC, must pay 7% state sales tax.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment, unless other arrangements have been made. If storage is required per your request after these 3 business days, we charge $25 per item per month. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. For items such as furniture with no preset shipping fee, call for a custom quote. We use only reputable shipping companies. We cannot be held responsible for uninsured items.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. Please note that all of our items are antique and vintage, and are by their very nature, not in new, unused condition. We cannot disclose every nick, ding, scratch, color variation, spot, etc. We try to disclose anything we are aware of that we think affects the overall beauty and value of the piece. Minor furniture repairs and restorations are considered to be normal in the antiques industry and are generally not disclosed if not of a material nature. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
