PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal

Payment is expected within 5 days of auction close. Items not paid for will be forfeited, relisted, and the non-paying bidder will receive negative feedback. In-person collection is normally permitted, but only for larger items that cannot be easily shipped. Collection must be completed within 7 days of auction close.

SHIPPING POLICY

If you require shipping outside of the UK and one is not provided, please ask for a shipping quote prior to bidding. Shipping to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands/Outer Islands incurs a shipping surcharge of £8 over and above the stated UK rate. All items are insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties that may be imposed on items exported from the EU.

RETURNS POLICY

All of the items auctioned by The Bid Easy are sold in "as-is" condition and without warranty, unless otherwise stated. The Bid Easy authenticates all of its items and offers a 7-day money back guarantee if the item is significantly not as described in this listing. The buyer must contact The Bid Easy by email with an explanation of the problem within this time frame. We are unable to reimburse either original or return shipping charges in the case of the return of an item. We are also unable to reimburse original shipping charges in the case of the issuance of a refund for a damaged or misdescribed item, or an item not received.
