Born and raised in Paris, Marie is a third generation jewelry dealer. Her interest in Russian decorative arts began as a teenager while living on the grounds of Hillwood Museum, home of the late Grande Dame of Russian collectors, Marjorie Merriweather Post.
In the antiques business for close to twenty five years, Marie began her career as Gemologist and Head of Christie's Russian Department in America. After ten years at Christie’s, Marie started her own company and opened a store on East 56th Street in New York. The Marie E. Betteley Collection of Tsarist Memorabilia and Fabergé has also been featured in retail and museum venues on Madison and Fifth Avenues in Manhattan, and in Wilmington Delaware. Today, Marie is a regular exhibitor in New York and Miami Shows.

Our shipping and handling fees within the Continental United States are as follows:

$101 to $300: $20;
$301 to $600: $25;
$601 to $1,000: $30;
$1,001 to 5,000: $35;
$5,001+: $40+ (to advise).
Prices include insurance. For porcelain or glass items, please add $10. Express delivery within the U.S. will be an extra $20 for items valued up to $500 and more for those above that. Please email us for a quote. Please note domestic shipping fee includes cost of mailing, boxing the item, packing materials and insurance. For international shipping rates, please email us. Items will be shipped once full payment has been received and cleared through our banking system. Confirmation of shipping will be sent by email, and a receipt enclosed with the item. Purchases are sent via registered mail or Priority/insured mail.

RETURNS
POLICY
Marie E. Betteley would like you to be completely satisfied with your order. If, after receiving your purchase, you are not happy, please call us within 3 days. Do not email us. We ask that you return the item in its original condition using the same shipping method (registered mail or Priority/insured mail), and that it be received within 7 days of return authorization. Once we receive your order, we will either credit your card (minus shipping charges) or exchange the item for another one you prefer. If you have any questions, please email .
