Welcome to Patches Corner Store. We hope you will enjoy your visit with us. Brian and I are - by nature - collectors. We save things. Lots of things! Now our collections have outgrown the house. We thought this would be the perfect venue to pass on some of our items and other pieces as we find them. We are not specialists in any area instead we enjoy finds of all kinds. What a fun business to be in. We look forward to serving you.

We want you to be happy with your purchase so please take the time to view all the photos and read the information. We attempt to accurately describe all items but please keep in mind that our inventory is vintage and can be expected to have some signs of use. We don't profess to guarantee unblemished perfection. If you have any questions please ask before making your purchase. We will do our best to answer your questions about any item in our shop. Please use email to contact us and we will respond within 24 hr.

PLEASE NOTE Any vintage electrical items we offer - eg coffee pots,irons,clocks,lamps etc. are sold for DISPLAY ONLY. Because the cords/plugs are old these items should not be used until the buyer has them inspected and/or repaired by a qualified person. Purchase of these items signifies your agreement to this stipulation.

PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: PayPal

All payments are to be made in U.S. dollars by PayPal only. PayPal is a very versatile service and can be used at no extra cost to the customer. Please do not ask to pay by any other means as we will have to say " I'm sorry, but no." If payment has not been received within 3 days of purchase the item will be relisted. Ontario customers are subject to 8% sales tax.

SHIPPING POLICY

Canada Post insurance covers loss only, not damage, but we pack all items with great care and have never had any breakage. We will not be responsible for damage during shipping or delays in delivery as we can not control what the shipper does or doesn't do. Insurance up to $100.00 is included at no extra cost when shipped through the post office. Our packaging/handling costs are included at no extra cost. We use a mix of new and recycled packing materials -it might not be the prettiest but it should arrive safely. We ship Monday to Friday excluding holidays and weekends and usually within 24hrs of payment. Buyers are responsible for all postage, insurance, customs duties etc. Shipping will be by Expedited Parcel to allow for a tracking number. Actual postage costs will be charged and we will be happy to combine purchases for you to save some money on shipping.

RETURNS POLICY

Our shop does not have a restocking fee. If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
