SHIPPING POLICY

Items will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Buyer pays for all shipping costs. Seller ships internationally (worldwide). Items are shipped boxed via Express Post or by request UPS or FedEX.

RETURNS POLICY

Everything we sell is as described. The posted images are fair representations of the items offered for sale. If the item is not as described, we must be notified within 3 (three) business days of its receipt and it must be returned to us at our office in Toronto within 10 (ten) business days of the item’s delivery to you. The item must be shipped fully insured and received in undamaged, "as sold" condition, before a refund of the sale price may be issued. The buyer is also responsible for all shipping, packing, insurance and all other related costs before an item can be returned for a refund. There is a 5% restocking fee on all returned items.
