PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

All payments are to be made in U.S. Dollars. If paid by check, will wait until check clears to ship item, could take up to 10 days.

SHIPPING POLICY

Insurance and tracking will be included as part of shipping cost. Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer when the Seller delivers the Property to the Shipper for delivery. If the item is received damaged: The Buyer through the shipper shall process any loss, theft, or damage from that point in time. The Seller will provide all reasonable paperwork to the Buyer in resolving any such claims with the shipper and/or the insurer. A 10 to 15% restocked fee may be assigned to returns.
