If the buyer pays by wire transfer or check we will contact the buyer 1 business day after payment has cleared and ship items within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping,packing and insurrance are not included in the selling price.We are located in New York,NY USA.

RETURNS POLICY

If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.
