BARCLAY/SCOTT ANTIQUES has been located at 4 Rohde Avenue in historic St. Augustine, Florida since 1986, under the ownership of Joe and Pat Webb. Joe moved his business, ANCIENT CITY REFINISHERS to Rohde Avenue in 1984 after attending and completing furniture restoration studies at Sotheby's in New York. Barclay/Scott evolved as an extension of Ancient City Refinishers, specializing in selective antiques. Furniture has always been a primary focus and styles can vary from American Federal, c. 1830 Country Primitive to European. |

Payment by personal check must be received within five working days. Payment must be made in US dollars. Credit card charges must reflect same billing address as shipping address. All items mailed over $20 are required to be insured and signed for (either registered or return receipt)

SHIPPING
POLICY
Item will be shipped within five days of receipt of payment. USPS is primary shipper. Shipping and handling charges reflect as close to actual charges as possible based on weight and destination. Breakables are double boxed.

RETURNS
POLICY
Any item purchased may be returned within three days. For return, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including insurance. Seller will not be responsible for return of cost of initial postage, insurance and handling.
