PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

If payment is by check, we will ship as soon as the check has cleared. All payment must be made in US dollars. We ship immediately upon Paypal payment and banking of Money Orders. Thank you!

SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of cleared payment - sooner if by Paypal or banked Money Orders. Regarding furniture and other large items, I will give customer the name and number of a very reasonable and extremely competent shipping house in my area, so that they can deal directly. Customer may also use their own shipping service. I do not make money on shipping and only cover my expenses.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
