If paid by personal check ,we will ship 7 days after check has cleared.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping cost is based upon the customer's zip code; your shipping cost will be changed & updated based on your location. We ship via the US Postal Service, UPS and Fed-Ex. Items cannot be estimated for cost of shipment until the item is sold and packed for shipment to a defined address. Total cost plus any shipping fee is calculated after purchase and packing.

RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.We suggest that you retain original shipping container and packing materials for use in possible returns.
