PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal

If paid by a personal check, we will ship after 10 business days so the check can clear. All payments must be made in US dollars. NC residents have 7% sales tax.

SHIPPING POLICY

Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days (usually sooner) of receipt of payment. All of our pieces are professionaly and carefully packed. Rates quoted are for UPS ground shipments in the USA. UPS 2nd day, Next Day, US Postal Service & FedEx are also available. Please contact us for shipping quotes for these services. We are happy to help you with your International shipping needs, contact us for rates. We can combine shipping for multiple items being shipped at the same time, to the same address.

RETURNS POLICY

We guarantee our items to be as described with a 10 day refund policy. Shipping is not refunded. The property must be returned in the same condition as when received by the buyer. Return shipping is the responsibilty of the buyer. If the item is damaged during shipping, you need to contact the shipper (UPS, etc.) to resolve this matter. We will provide any necessary paperwork to help you with your claim.
