PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order

PAYMENT TO BE RECEIVED by the seller WITHIN 7 DAYS of online purchase. Early payment is always appreciated. SELLER ACCEPTS: Personal Checks, Travelers Checks, Credit Card Checks ONLY (NO Credit Cards), and Money Orders. All payments to be in USD. Please allow 6 business days for a personal check and some MO's to clear bank. FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS: Please note that this seller reports all attempts of questionable and/or attempts at fraudulent transactions to GoAntiques for prosecution.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items will be shipped Parcel Post (or best rate) insured within 3-4 business days of receipt of payment unless otherwise noted in item description or by email to buyer, or by special instructions between buyer and seller. Shipping is done twice a week, Tuesdays & Friday (or) Saturday, whichever is convenient for seller. If you have special needs, please let us know. We will work with you as best we can. Combined purchases $300 and over, able to be shipped in the same box, are shipped free, best rate, USA only.

RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS: Buyers remorse is not a legitimate reason for returning an item for refund. Please, do ask your questions before purchase for the convenience of both of us. There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL returns.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: We wrap items w/greatest care. Damage does happen, part of Murphy's Law. If you receive a damaged item by USPS, it is your responsibility as a buyer to take your package and ALL original packing material (very important) to your nearest P.O. to fill out appropriate paperwork to begin to file an INSURANCE claim and to show proof of damage and how item was packed. The item will then be forfeited at the Post Office. The P.O. will then notify SELLER in writing within 10-14 days and ask for our ORIGINAL mailing receipts to be mailed to them w/a copy of your claim, to verify your claim. We will do this promptly, same day received, to insure the most prompt resolution for the buyer as well as the seller. Insurance claim will then be paid directly to buyer.
