All items purchased will be shipped insured with Delivery Confirmation via USPS Priority Mail,usually within 3-5 business days, of receipt of cleared payment. Buyer is responsible of all shipping and insurance costs, which will be calculated after the sale.

RETURNS
POLICY
If property purchased is materially different than on this site, the buyer shall have the right within 7 business days of receiving the property to rescind the transaction by emailing me and returning the item to me, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's expense.
