RETURNS POLICY

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property the the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. We require that the buyer contact us prior to shipping a return.We will charge a 6% restocking fee for all returns.
