Joint owners, John Stanley and Donna Williams, have over 50 years combined retail and marketing experience. If paid by any type of check, we require 5-7 working days for checks to clear the bank before we will arrange shipping. All payment must be made in US dollars. The check must be issued for the amount of the item plus shipping & handling only.

SHIPPING
POLICY
Item will be shipped insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment, or if paid by check clearing of check through bank. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping/freight charges associated with the item purchased.

RETURNS
POLICY
If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.
If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
