SHIPPING POLICY

Legacy Antiques and Fine Art does not ship inventory items but to help our customers we can provide a list of shipping companies. We do not get any commission from them nor do we receive any special treatment. You will have to contact them if you are interested in their services. Legacy Antiques and Fine Art will not be responsible for any damage caused by the shipper. OUR DAMAGE POLICY: Your Carrier is responsible for shipping damages, and any issues with them must be dealt with between them and you directly. Legacy Antiques and Fine Art will not be responsible for any damage caused by the shipper.

RETURNS POLICY

GoAntiques.com represents a number of dealers. If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within 48 hours of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the GoAntiques' seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense within three business days. Buyer may be required to show proof of misrepresentation if the seller disputes the claim.

If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
