PAYMENT POLICY

This dealer accepts the following form(s) of payment: Personal Checks, Wire Transfer, Money Order, PayPal

We accept credit card payments thru Paypal. Our paypal ID is . We will accept wire transfer from the U.S. and all countries (bank wire infomation available upon request). We also will accept your personal check for payment and will ship immediately upon clearing. California State Sales Tax .8.25% will apply for all sales in State. 60 DAY TIME PAYMENT PLAN: We are happy to provide a 60 day lay-a-way plan with 1/3 deposit on any of the watches we have for sale. Your deposit can be made by any of the payment methods of your choice. Lay-a-way plans are not allowed on discounted merchandise.

SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE: Title and risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer when the Seller delivers the Property to the Shipper for delivery. The Buyer through the shipper shall process any loss, theft, or damage from that point in time. Seller does not guarantee timekeeping of vintage watches. Seller WILL ALWAYS send a watch in excellent working condition unless expressly stipulated otherwise in the description. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Seller shall lend reasonable assistance to the Buyer in resolving any such claims with the shipper and/or the insurer.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS: The Buyer shall have the right to inspect and rescind the transaction within 2 days by so notifying the Seller and returning the merchandise using the same packing materials within three business days of receiving the Property to the Seller, in the same condition as when received by the Buyer, at the Buyer's risk, cost and expense if Property purchased is materially different (as of the time immediately prior to shipment to the Buyer) than as represented by the Seller. In the case of a vintage watch, Seller will always ship the watch in excellent working condition unless otherwise stipulated in the description. Upon such return, Seller shall refund to the Buyer a full refund in the amount of the purchase price of the item, excluding all amounts paid to the Seller for packing and shipping, transportation, and insurance. Seller shall remit to Buyer the amount of the required refund as set forth above for repayment within three business days of receipt of merchandise.
